'Modern Family' Star Sarah Hyland Shares Sexy Bed Selfie With Boyfriend [PHOTO]

Things are getting serious between Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams.

On Monday, the "Modern Family" star took to Instagram and shared a bed selfie with her boyfriend, Adams, which many slammed in the comments for being too sexy and Hyland has since apologized for. In the snap, the couple was all smiles and appeared loved up while Hyland hugged his dog, Carl. "[Spoon]ing" the "Geek Charming" star wrote in the caption.

Still, not every one of Hyland's followers was against the shot. Many were happy for her and Adams. The photo has already over 180,000 likes as of this writing. "You both are glowing," one fan commented.

"You two are seriously so cute together!!!!!!" another follower wrote.

The sweet photo comes shortly after Hyland's "Modern Family" co-star Julie Bowen was asked about their romance. Bowen plays as Hyland's mom on ABC's family sitcom.

"I have not met him [Adams]," Bowen told Entertainment Tonight. "I can only say I was in on the ground floor of the flirting. He seems lovely, he seems like a really nice guy and he treats her really well."

Although Bowen has not met the "Bachelorette" star personally, she is aware how he makes Hyland happy. "She's happy as can be. That's all you can want for your daughters, fake or real," Bowen added.

Adams appeared in JoJo Fletcher's season of "The Bachelorette." Prior to dating Hyland, there were rumors that Adams might be the next "Bachelor," but he seemed unsure if he is still willing to find his true love in a reality show.

"It's something I wouldn't take lightly and I'd have to speak to my family about. I have a big family, four siblings, nieces and nephews. Your family has to be a part of that world. I'd want their blessing before I would consider it," Adams said about the possibility of starring in "The Bachelor."

Carley Waddell and Evan Bass are rooting for Adams to star in the reality dating competition. "I think Wells [Adams] would be the greatest dark horse candidate," Bass told ET. "Dean [Unglert] is too young. Peter [Kraus] was on a mission to be the Bachelor, which if he makes it, good for him, but he was smart. That guy, he said all of the right Bachelor things to say, and kudos to him for doing it... but I think Wells would be a great choice."
