New Rihanna Tattoo: Singer Honors New Zealand With Hand Tattoo [PHOTO]
Rihanna marked her latest tour stop to New Zealand by getting a permanent hand tattoo on her right hand. The Barbadian pop superstar has 19 tattoos already. They include stars on her back, the phrases “rebelle fleur,” and “Never a failure always a lesson,” and more.
The 25-year-old was in New Zealand as part of her “Diamonds” world tour, and tattoo artist Inia Taylor worked on her hand as Rihanna looked away. He uploaded part of the process on YouTube. The tattoo includes symbols and covers her entire hand.

The singer got her last large tattoo last September, and it was in honor of her grandmother, Clara "Dolly" Brathwaite, who lost her battle with cancer in July. The "We Found Love" singer posted a picture of the goddess tattoo to her Instagram account, with the caption, "Goddess Isis-Complete Woman-Model for future generations- #GRANGRANDOLLY- always in and on my heart #1love." The tattoo is around her rib cage and beneath her breasts.
Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, who is also known for his love of tattoos, has been embroiled in controversy this week. He went on a Twitter rant Tuesday morning after gossip blogger Perez Hilton announced he would talk about Brown on "The Wendy Williams Show." Hilton, who has written many reports about Brown's feuds with Rihanna and Drake, tweeted the following message:
Brown, 24, did not take too kindly to the tweet, and he replied with a number of his own tweets.
