Teyana Taylor Disses Rihanna Again? Posts Twerk Video Same Day As Rihanna Shows Dance Move In 'Pour It Up Video'
Teyana Taylor may not be over her feud with Rihanna, which erupted last week on Instagram. On Wednesday, the 22-year-old posted a video of herself on the social media site "twerking," the same day Rihanna released a music video for “Pour it Up,” in which she also does the popular dance.
Just weeks ago, Rihanna came after Taylor, dissing her by posting a video showing her hairstylist, Yusef, donning a long wig and fitted hat while jokingly singing Anita Baker’s “Caught Up in the Rapture.”
The video mocked Taylor, who also has long black hair and wears a fitted hat in a video she posted of herself singing the same song just two weeks before. When Taylor realized what was happening, she proceeded to post a photo on Instagram Tuesday showing a man boxing along with the caption, “Indirect talk will get you…DIRECTLY F—KED UP!”
The two then ended up in a Twitter feud, with Rihanna, 25, saying her net worth is $90 million compared to Taylor’s $500,000. Taylor, who is signed to Kanye West’s GOOD music label, proceeded to say, "Ya net worth & ya body count go neck to neck. #IndustryP---y" Taylor wrote. "90 million dollars & 90 million n---as diving in that b---h box." Both artists eventually deleted the tweet amongst others they had written.
Now, Taylor seems to be reviving the feud, after Rihanna released a music video of herself twerking. Hours later, Taylor posted a clip of herself showing off her twerk skills, and fans were quick to point out that it was on the same day Rihanna’s video was released. “Why she post this the same day as Rihanna’s video though? [sic]” one person wrote. If the video is in fact another attack on Rihanna, the 25-year-old did not respond, instead posting more photos on her Instagram account of scenes from the “Pour it Up” video.
