Nick Cannon Shares Cryptic Message About ‘False Relationship’ On Instagram; Are He And Rumored Girlfriend Jessica White Done?

Nick Cannon took a break from his usual light-hearted, funny Instagram posts to share his candid feelings about relationships. The 34-year-old "America's Got Talent" host shared several quotes on the social media site on Tuesday that have some fans speculated he may currently be experiencing a little heartbreak.

Cannon posted several photos of quotes related to relationships. The first of his heartfelt posts read, “I’m selfish impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control & at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you absolutely don’t deserve me at my best.” He simply captioned the image, “I’m just saying…,” providing no context or background information. He then shared a quote about being single, letting his followers know that “Sometimes, being solo is wiser than being in a false relationship.”

The performer provided little information as to who or what these quotes may be about. It is possible that was Cannon's way of letting his followers know he is single? It was previously rumored that Cannon was dating Jessica White, whom he had been helping with her music career. As we previously reported, the pair were trying to keep the relationship on the down low “out of respect for Nick’s family.”

Followers have also speculated that his posts may be in reference to his marriage to Mariah Carey. The two split in August 2014 after six years or marriage, though Cannon did not officially file for divorce until January of this year. They are currently living apart and sharing custody of their twin son and daughter. The split appeared to be civil, as they have reunited several times for the benefit of their children. Cannon has also spoken out several times, saying he would never speak ill of his former wife.
