Nick Viall, Vanessa Grimaldi On The Verge Of Split? ‘Bachelor’ Alums Look Miserable, Claims Source

Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi’s relationship may be on the rocks.

The “Bachelor” couple just spent their weekend in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to celebrate their pals Evan Bass and Carly Waddell’s wedding. Unfortunately, the romantic and love-filled atmosphere during the event reportedly did not have much of a positive effect on the rumored deteriorating relationship of Nick and Vanessa as a source has claimed that they looked far from happy when they flew back to Los Angeles on June 18 after the wedding. “They looked miserable,” an eyewitness who spotted the couple on board told Us Weekly. “They didn’t exchange five words the entire flight. They were angled completely away from each other.”

Things apparently got worse after landing as Nick reportedly just grabbed his bag and left Vanessa alone at the airport. “They really don’t seem to like each other,” the insider added.

According to Daily Mail, Vanessa, 29, was also spotted in Los Angeles earlier without the 3.5-carat Neil Diamond ring that Nick gave to her during the March finale episode of “The Bachelor.” This sparked rumors that she had already broken up with her fiancé. However, she debunked the rumors by posting a sweet photo of Nick on Instagram on Wednesday. The snapshot showed Nick sleeping on a hammock. “He must not be getting his way in his dream #pouty #mcm,” she wrote in the caption.

According to rumors, their relationship issues reportedly stem from the two of them being too similar to each other. Viall admitted that he pushes back and his fiancée does the same. When they make decisions or argue, the special education and Italian teacher is never a pushover and doesn’t just do whatever Nick wants.

Aside from this, there are also rumors that living in different locations is another factor to blame. Nick is living Los Angeles, while Vanessa resides in Montreal, Canada. However, she said earlier that her family was supportive of her relationship with Nick, including her potential move to L.A.

“I was and my family was very supportive of the idea of moving. I’m still bringing and carrying on my work from home with me. I’m still planning on teaching. I’m still planning on being part of that life that I had in Montreal,” Vanessa told E! News. “It was a decision we both made together and we’re both very happy about that decision. Both of our families are very happy that we’re together and we’re starting our life together.”
