'Not Safe With Nikki Glaser' Comedy Central Series Tackles Sex And Travel Advice In Episode 5 [VIDEO]
Comedy Central has been walking the fine line of taste with its latest show “Not Safe with Nikki Glaser,” but Tuesday's episode took things to a new level. Airing on International Women’s Day, episode 5 took the time give some advice to people about dating and first-time sexual encounters.
Comedian Nikki Glaser wasn’t alone in this week’s quest to explore the provocative. As always, she was joined by two guests including comedian Jen Kirkman and “@midnight” and “Talking Dead” host Chris Hardwick. They got the ball rolling by having Glaser read texts other people have sent asking whether the content is a deal-breaker in terms of getting a date. For example, in the clip below she asks her guests to determine if having a “baby daddy” in prison is a red flag.
With Hardwick proving himself adept at analyzing hookup culture, he later shared the story of the first time he had sex. Sadly, it wasn’t necessarily the incredible experience that most men hope for when it comes to their first time. Luckily for the viewers, he’s since moved on and is now able to share his cautionary tale with a bright laugh.
The show stepped outside the studio a bit in the latest episode as the comedian took a field trip to a local hotel to get an insight into what they have to go through on a daily basis. It turns out that there’s a cavalcade of strange things that a maid will be asked to do, but not for free.
Luckily, the segment gave some general advice from the maids to potential hotel guests about what to avoid. Sadly, it seems that no matter where you go in a hotel room, you’re bound to find the remnants of some unspeakable mess on almost every surface imaginable. In short, the best way to stay clean if you have to spend a night in a hotel room is to make sure you’re always wearing footwear, especially in the bathroom.
“Not Safe With Nikki Glaser” airs Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. EST on Comedy Central. Will you be tuning in to episode 6?
