The Onigashima War is currently at its climax, with the Supernovas and the two Emperors of the Sea showing off their impressive capabilities. Interestingly, the latest "One Piece" Chapter 1003 scans reveal the aftermath of the battle, claiming that the battle will not end even if the samurai and pirates defeat Kaido and Big Mom.
The latest detailed summary of "One Piece" Chapter 1003 is now available, courtesy of Redon and other insiders in the community. According to them, the upcoming manga installment features some members of the Cipher Pol Aegis Zero (CP0), the strongest intelligence organization within the Cipher Pol, evaluating the war.
While they are sitting in one of the rooms in the castle, two members are playing a Japanese board game called Go. In their game, the white pieces represent the samurai while the black pieces stand for Kaido's army. Based on their evaluation, Kaido already lost 3,000 of his 30,000 men while the samurai lost 400 of their 5,400 fighters. Since each piece on the board is equivalent to 1,000 men, Kaido still got 27 pieces while the samurai only have five pieces left.
The scans for "One Piece" Chapter 1003 also reveal that the head of the CP0 grumbles over Orochi's death but is also aware that the battle between Kaido and the Supernovas is unavoidable, following Doflamingo's fall.
The head of the CP0 also mentions that the future of the world would be totally unpredictable, should Big Mom and Kaido fall. However, the strongest intelligence unit of the Cipher Pol does not believe that the samurai can win the war. Also, even if the samurai and pirates could defeat Kaido and Big Mom, the CP0 believes that the War in Onigashima will go on.
These statements coming from the CP0 somehow indicate that there is more to this battle. There are fan theories claiming that Orochi has a contingency plan for the Land of Wano, should Kaido stab him at the back. With Orochi's death seemingly confirmed in "One Piece" Chapter 1003 scans, fans are wondering if they would see this "contingency plan" in play real soon.
