Oscars After-Parties 2013: A-List Stars Attend Vanity Fair And Elton John Oscar Soirees [PHOTOS]

The celebrations continued after Oscars 2013 as stars came out to the Vanity Fair party, Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar party, and the Academy's Governor's Ball.

The Vanity Fair party, which took place at West Hollywood's Sunset Tower, was filled with A-list celebrities such as Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway and more.

"It's relaxed and it's really fantastic," actor Hugh Jackman told ABC News, who attended the Vanity Fair party with his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness.

Not to be outdone, Elton John's Oscar party, which he holds annually, also had numerous stars, such as Miley Cyrus, Quincy Jones, Naomi Campbell and others.

John hosted the party with his partner, David Furnish. He has been hosting the bash since 1992, raising over $300 million which goes toward research and education for AIDS.

Actress Hilary Swank was one of the best-dressed actresses of the evening, arriving at the after-party in a floor-length red Valentino Haute Couture gown.
