‘Paradise Hotel’ Season 1 Premiere 2019: Meet Cast Of Contestants, Host

Season 1 of Fox’s “Paradise Hotel” revival kicks off tonight with a two-hour premiere episode, but before the reality show returns — after first airing in 2003 and then again in 2008 — it’s time to learn more about the series, meet the new host and all of the 2019 contestants!

The competition show follows a group of singles trying to remain in the tropical paradise for as long as possible, with a big money prize waiting for them at the end. Every week, they’ll vote one of their own out of the resort, making way for a new guest to come in. Fans at home can use social media to try to influence who the contestants send home.

The show begins tonight with its Season 1 premiere episode, and, next week, it’ll start to air three times per week for four weeks. It will air on Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT, Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EDT and, with live elements, on Thursdays from 8-10 p.m. EDT.

Who’s Hosting “Paradise Hotel”?

Kristin Cavallari is set to host the new edition of the Fox series, and as the star of “Very Cavallari” and an alum of “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” the 32-year-old is no stranger to the world of reality television.

“Kristin grew up on the frontlines of reality television and is the perfect host to introduce PARADISE HOTEL to a new generation of viewers,” Rob Wade, President of Alternative Entertainment and Specials at FOX Entertainment, said in a press release. “The show is a fun balance of romantic love, cutthroat competition and humor, and Kristin’s unique experience, especially with live television, makes her the best person to navigate the wild, unpredictable moments.”

Cavallari added, in the release, “I’m so excited to be hosting PARADISE HOTEL this summer! This show literally has everything – dating, love triangles, alliances, competition – and I can’t wait to stir the pot and have a front-row seat to all the drama!”
