Pippa Middleton is known for her toned physique. The socialite and columnist, who shot to fame at her sister Kate’s wedding to Prince William, has released a 10-week workout plan in Waitrose magazine for people to follow.

Exercise can easily become a part of one's lifestyle, and “all it requires” is a change of attitude, Middleton, 31, writes. She also that though she is not a professional fitness expert, she has always given prime importance to a healthy lifestyle.

“Lifestyle changes can make a huge difference to body, mind and soul. Take walking – by this I mean brisk, vigorous walking. It could be as simple as planning a regular daily route, using lunchtime to stretch your legs or signing up for an organized walk,” she writes.

Middleton suggests that while walking it is important to tone arms, glutes and abs. So power up the walk. For Pippa, it is important to build a realistic plan before starting to exercise. “Losing half a stone [half of 14 pounds] or dropping a dress size in 10 weeks is achievable, and having a goal will keep you motivated when the going gets tough and give you a focus point to your exercise,” she adds.

She further suggests that long-term back problems can be avoided with a resistance band to work the posterior muscles. This also helps in sculpting the body and improving the posture. She also says that the best way to have a fit body is to find a fitness activity that one enjoys.

Middleton is also a sports enthusiast. She was recently spotted at the Wimbledon tennis matches and impressed fashion critics with her simple yet elegant dress choices. She turned heads when she appeared in a Carolina Herrera monochrome dress to watch Agnieszka Radwanska take on Garbing Muguruza in the women’s semifinals. For the men’s singles final she wore a seahorse patterned Tory Burch dress.
