‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7 Spoilers: Episode 4 Synopsis Released Online; What Will Happen In ‘Hit And Run, Run, Run’?

The secrets keep piling up in Rosewood! Episode 3 of “Pretty Little Liars” finally revealed whose body the girls were burying in the Season 7 premiere. Now that that big reveal is out of the way, the focus will now be on how they keep their bloody secret buried.

Episode 4 of the Freeform series, titled “Hit and Run, Run, Run,” will find the Liars “desperately attempting to cover up their secret.” And unfortunately that means keeping quiet about killing Elliot (Huw Collins) to their significant others. Needless to say, that will strain their already fragile relationships.

The synopsis also teases that viewers will get to see more of the Hanna (Ashley Benson), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) love triangle. Spencer appeared to end things with her beau in episode 3 after finding out that he locked lips with Hanna before she got kidnapped. The episode description reveals that Spencer will “cope in ways she might later regret.” Could her coping mechanism possibly involve Toby (Keegan Allen)? Spencer tried to leave her high school boyfriend out of her problems when she found out that he proposed to Yvonne (Kara Royster). However, that was before Caleb admitted to kissing Hanna.

Finally, “Pretty Little Liars” fans can look forward to the return of Jenna (Tammin Sursok), their old classmate who was blinded by Alison (Sasha Pieterse). It’s been five years since they saw their old nemesis, and it appears as if their feelings for her haven’t changed.
