Prince Harry Becomes A ‘Joke,’ ‘Public Nuisance,’ ‘Puppet’ After Marrying Meghan Markle
Prince Harry was criticized for changing a lot after marrying Meghan Markle.
Radio host Mike Graham spoke about the Duke of Sussex’s recent activities. According to him, the British people should not be forced to fund him to become a “freelance charity merchant.”
“But, Prince Harry is really now starting to grind my gears, he is really starting to get on my nerves,” Graham said.
He recalled how Prince Harry served time in Afghanistan and praised Prince William’s brother for doing so. He added that he didn’t mind if Prince Harry would do a television show with Oprah Winfrey to highlight mental health or to be an ambassador of all sorts of charities. However, none of what Prince Harry does has to do with the country. It has nothing to do with his role in the royal family, so he should fund himself.
“Quite frankly Prince Harry, if you want to be a philanthropist, if you want to be a freelance charity merchant, by all means, do so, do not expect the British public to fund it, it is as simple as that,” Graham added.
A number of readers commented on the article and agreed with Graham. According to Brexit629, Prince Harry has become a “pain” after marrying Markle.
A different reader with username Shooks said that Prince Harry has become Markle’s “puppet.” She supported Graham’s sentiments and highlighted how Markle landed her role and wrote her speeches using the “sickly Hollywood terminology.”
She insisted that if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to be philanthropists, they should use their own money. Otherwise, it’s the “British taxpayer that is the philanthropist not you.”
Meanwhile, according to JnrBert, Prince Harry has become a “public nuisance.” Britannica commented and claimed that Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s youngest son was “always lacking in the brains and common sense department.” She added that Markle just made him “a million times worse.”
In related news, royal expert Duncan Larcombe also noticed how Prince Harry follows Markle instead of her fitting into the royal family. The expert said that it’s the “other way around.” He also believed that Queen Elizabeth II would have not approved of Prince Harry’s decision to work with Oprah because it breaks the royal tradition. Larcombe said that the said decision is another sign of Markle’s “Meghan Effect” in their marriage.
