After revealing their wedding will take place in May 2018 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, it looks like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle already have a good idea of who will be participating in their special day.

When the ceremony is televised, viewers will see plenty of familiar faces from the royal family, and should expect Princess Charlotte and Prince George to be front and center, according to the Express.

“It is very likely that Prince George and Princess Charlotte of Cambridge will be a page boy and a bridesmaid,” royal expert Marlene Koenig stated.

Their father, Prince William, is expected to act as Prince Harry’s best man. “The wedding will be a family event. You can expect the family to be involved,” a spokesman for Kensington Palace revealed in a statement.

However, the children’s mother, Kate Middleton, will simply be a guest at the wedding and nothing more. “She is the future queen consort when William becomes king after his father and would be unlikely to be an attending person to another royal bride,” Koeing said.

Although Middleton may not be tending to the bride, she will surely enjoy herself at the ceremony.

Prince Harry and Markle, who intend on “leading the planning process for all aspects of the wedding,” are reportedly determined to make their wedding a special time for everyone in attendance.

“The couple, of course, want the day to be a special, celebratory moment for their friends and family,” Prince Harry’s communications secretary stated last week.

The spokesperson explained that even the folks watching from home will feel included in the royal wedding.

“They also want the day to be shaped so as to allow members of the public to feel part of the celebrations too and are currently working through ideas for how this might be achieved.”

“This wedding, like all weddings, will be a moment of fun and joy that will reflect the characters of the bride and groom,” the secretary added.

Seeing as there are still several months left before Prince Harry and Markle’s wedding takes place, it’s more than likely that Prince George and Princess Charlotte are just two of several people that the couple will include in their upcoming wedding.
