Is Princess Eugenie Pregnant? Why Royal Fans Think She’ll Announce Baby In 2019

She announced her own engagement not long after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and wed just a few months later than them at the same chapel. Now, royal fans are beginning to speculate that Princess Eugenie will continue following in her cousin’s footsteps and announce that she too is expecting a baby in 2019.

Speculation has been running rampant about the possibility that Eugenie, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York, might be expecting a baby with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, whom she married in October 2018, specifically since the princess posted a throwback photo on her Instagram page in January.

“#tbt to exactly this day last year-Jack and I announced our engagement. What a year it’s been since then and how exciting for 2019,” she captioned an image of herself and Brooksbank as they looked down at her ring.

Since then, fans have been speculating wildly that she might be pregnant, even after her mother lashed out at reporters asking her about it, saying they shouldn’t have asked her about it.

In addition, betting odds have increased to suggest a pregnancy announcement will be imminent this year, with bookmakers Coral reporting that the odds of a baby announcement in 2019 are at 6-4. Odds a baby would be born in 2020 are at 5-2 and 2021 sits at 5-1.

“When the couple tied the knot our betting had a 2019 baby as the outsider, however, rumors are really gathering pace now that Princess Eugenie could be pregnant, Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead told Express UK. “It’s catapulted this year to the favorite for the year of their first child and Royal fans could be set to welcome two new arrivals in the world this year instead of one.”

The increased odds Eugenie would welcome a baby in 2019 come as odds also continue to be slashed in regards to whether or not Kate Middleton would welcome a fourth baby this year as well.
