Is Priyanka Chopra Ready To Have Nick Jonas' Baby? Latest Interview Reveals

While Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are ready to expand their family, brother and band member Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra may not be quite there yet. According to Tatler’s most recent interview with Chopra, the actress said she’s too busy to start a family at the moment.

“Right now, this year’s really packed for me in terms of the work that I’m doing and the work that I’ve taken on,” she told the magazine for the cover of their May issue. "But having a family is very important to me and it always has been. It is something that I definitely want to do and I’m hoping that whenever God wills it, at the right, opportune time, it’ll happen.”

Priyanka is set to appear in “The Matrix 4” which is scheduled to release in 2021.

Furthermore, she pointed out that with Nick’s music career the two often spend weeks apart from one another, although they do their best to prevent too much time from passing by.

“We don’t go more than two/three weeks without seeing each other,” the 37-year old revealed. “That’s a rule. It’s too hard otherwise, and you’ve got to work on the relationship, to prioritize it.”

Chopra, who married Nick in 2018, has spoken about how much she values family several times in the past.

“I want my existence to have meant something. I want my kids to turn around and be like, ‘Yeah, that was my mom,’” she told InStyle in June 2019.

In September of that year, she further confirmed her desire to have children with People.

“Buying a home and having a baby are on my to-do list,” she said at the time. “For me, home is wherever I’m happy, as long as I have the people I love around me.”
