Pumpkin Shannon Celebrates 3rd Wedding Anniversary With Husband Josh Efird On Instagram

Mama June’s daughter Pumpkin Shannon celebrated her third wedding anniversary with her husband Josh Efird on social media.

The 21-year-old reality star took to Instagram Thursday and shared a series of photos showing her and her 24-year-old spouse’s milestones as a couple starting with a snap taken on their wedding exactly three years ago.

“Today marks 3 years being married to my partner in crime, my very best friend, & most importantly my better half. Since I was 15 I dreamed of the perfect wedding & the perfect day with you standing in front of me. Things have been far from easy but we’ve managed to overcome all the bad things no matter what,” Pumpkin wrote in the caption.

The We TV star went on to praise her partner for overcoming many struggles throughout their marriage and for working hard to provide for the family. Pumpkin also mentioned that she’s well aware of how Josh likes to keep his problems to himself and still manages to pull through by waking up every morning and doing his job well.

“I just need you to know that I am and will always be so very proud to call you my husband. You’re the very best man and I love you so very much. Here’s to 3 years and forever to go,” Pumpkin concluded her post.

While Mama June’s third daughter marked June 17 as her official wedding anniversary, several news outlets including Us Weekly reported back in 2018 that she and Josh actually tied the knot on April 30.

The outlet even shared snaps taken from the Las Vegas ceremony on the final day of April. At the time, Pumpkin told Us Weekly that her mother helped her plan the special event at The Chapel at Planet Hollywood and even called the process “a little overwhelming.”

Pumpkin also disclosed that her younger sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, who is now 15 years old, helped Josh pick out the wedding ring for her. She added that she’s glad Honey Boo Boo was part of her big day.

Meanwhile, the young couple is currently expecting their second child. Pumpkin, who is already a mother to 3-year-old Ella Grace Efird, revealed on their reality show “Mama June: Road To Redemption” that she’s having another baby that’s due this July.
