Alex and Ryan are going to have to keep digging deeper on “Quantico” Season 2. The couple were investigating both Harry and Leon in the last episode, but in episode 4, they’ll move beyond their classmates. It seems one of their instructors will be the next person of interest on the ABC drama.

“The trainees are put through a training drill that tests their stress levels,” the synopsis teases. All of training seems to stress out the recruits, but apparently, the CIA will really push them to their limits.

Perhaps this is one thing that Alex (Priyanka Chopra) can handle. Despite undergoing the stress tests, she’ll be starting a new investigation. “Alex tries to gather information and get close to Owen [Blair Underwood],” the episode 4 description reveals.

Whatever tests the CIA uses cannot be nearly as stressful as what’s happening in the future. “The terrorist organization demands a trade, a move that could possibly end the stand-off,” the summary says. Photos below show Raina (Yasmine Al Massri) speaking to Miranda (Aunjanue Ellis) in the street. Obviously, Raina will translate for the terrorists, but will Miranda be able to give them what they want?

The trailer for “Quantico” Season 2, episode 4 reveals that the terrorists want a computer hacker. However, the handover won’t go down smoothly. It looks like they’ll be attacked while making the deal. Watch the promo video below:

This episode’s title is a bit ominous. “Kubark” is a cryptonym for the CIA itself, but it’s often associated with the Kubark Counterintelligence Interrogation. It’s a CIA manual that describes various interrogation techniques, many of which were considered torture by critics when the manual was released to the public.

“Quantico” Season 2, episode 4 airs Sunday, Oct. 23 at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
