“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Nene Leakes has remained by her husband, Gregg Leakes’ side amid his heartbreaking cancer battle, but following a shady comment on Instagram, fans are beginning to suspect the couple is headed for a split.

Earlier this year, Nene revealed Gregg was battling stage three colon cancer. The 50-year-old supported her husband through his journey, but it seems she has been hiding details about their marriage.

On Thursday, Gregg posted a screenshot of a text message encouraging the reader to appreciate their loved ones and to forgive quickly. While the Instagram post appeared inspirational, Nene called her husband out for being a hypocrite. “Well u need to do everything you posted! Practice what you preach,” she wrote.

“You need to pray for yourself! This mean, grouchy, evil stuff u pulling these days are NOT cool,” Nene added.

On Twitter, Nene revealed her relationship with Gregg has gotten worse since his cancer diagnosis. “It’s hard to say when you never been sick...there is a reason someone is mean or grouchy it is usually depression,” one fan tweeted.

“What u don’t know is, he was grouchy and mean before ever being diagnosed! It’s just worst now,” Nene replied.

According to RadarOnline, Nene reportedly hinted she might end their marriage when a fan attempted to comfort her during the emotional moment. “Unfortunately the closest person receives the undeserved lashing out, stay strong Sis….just breathe,” a Twitter user allegedly wrote.

“Naw don’t think I can do it,” Nene tweeted.
