'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Season 10, Episode 6 Spoilers: Vicki Gunvalson Says A Final Goodbye To Her Mother As Tamra Judge Welcomes A Granddaughter [RECAP]

The ladies of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" let the drama fall by the wayside during Monday night's episode. Rather than focus on the small feuds and personal struggles within the group, the OC "Housewives" rallied around veteran Bravo TV stars Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Unfortunately for one "RHOC" star it meant saying a final goobye, while another said her first hello.

Vicki jetted from Orange County to Chicago to be with her family as they buried her mother, Joanne Steinmetz. Boyfriend Brooks Ayers, longtime friend Tamra and her husband Eddie Judge were there to see Vicki off and take care of any of her last-minute needs. While Vicki spent a long hectic week coping with her loss, Tamra frantically prepared to be a grandmother for the first time. Her son, Ryan Veith, welcomed his first biological daughter with fiancee Sarah Rodriguez. Tamra joined Sarah, her three older daughters and Ryan at the hospital as they anxiously awaited the birth of Ava Ryan.

Both Tamra and Vicki begrudgingly returned home to Orange County to resume their lives as normal. Fortunately Vicki was greeted with a phone call and a visit from close friend Shannon Beador. Naturally Shannon couldn't stop by without offering up a little holistic healing — the 51-year-old brought Vicki several types of homeopathic remedies to cure whatever may have been ailing her. The two sat and shared a few much-needed laughs over water and tea and it appeared that Vicki may be on the fast track to "whooping it up" once more.

Previews for next week's episode show Vicki and her brother Billy seeking closure over their mother. The siblings will sit down with a medium — or median as Vicki repeatedly called it during Season 10, episode 6 — to communicate with their mother one last time. In addition to trying to speak to Joanne from beyond the grave, Vicki will spend some well-deserved fun time with the rest of the "RHOC" ladies. Unfortunately it seems Shannon's got a bone to pick with someone — will it be her husband David Beador, Meghan King Edmonds, or another member of the cast?
