The Real Story Behind Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx’s Relationship Amid Split Rumors

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s relationship is reportedly on good terms amid reports of a split. Those close to the stars slammed a new report alleging the “Baby Driver” actor’s flirty behavior has been causing tension in his romance with the 39-year-old actress.

Holmes, who reportedly began dating Foxx in 2013, already denied a rumor claiming she called off their wedding last month. However, weeks later, a new report is claiming the relationship is “skating on very thin ice.”

Following the fake accounts from “insiders,” Gossip Cop slammed an article alleging Holmes and Foxx’s romance reached its breaking point after the “Beat Shazam” host was seen “flirting up a storm with a group of bikini babes.”

A story published in the print edition of Women’s Day claims the 50-year-old was overly friendly with several women and “couldn’t keep his hands off” of an unidentified brunette. The report goes on to imply the couple has been “on and off for months now,” but have not officially split.

“They’ll fight about it and she’ll tell him that she’s had enough, but in the end she always goes back to him,” the “insider” shared.

A source close to the stars told Gossip Cop that Foxx is aware he is being photographed when he attends public events. The insider noted that although there are photos of Foxx chatting with females at these gatherings, the Hollywood veteran also mingles with men in attendance.

However, those photos are rarely published because there is no entertainment value to go along with those pictures.

In June, Holmes released a statement revealing an article published by Radar Online was false. Holmes’ rep, Leslie Sloane, told People, “The Radar story is 100 percent untrue.”

The tabloid alleged Holmes called off her and Foxx’s Paris wedding because she “couldn’t get over her trust issues.” At the time a “source” told the gossip site the actress was struggling with jealousy and concerned her boyfriend would cheat on her.

Although friends of the “Dawson’s Creek” alum aren’t in full support of her relationship, insiders admitted she is “smitten” with Foxx, and a breakup doesn’t appear to be a task on her list of things to do.
