Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are reportedly struggling with their relationship over four years after they divorced.

The former couple apparently rarely communicate, and they only reach out to each other for the sake of their three children. Since they co-parent Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 5, Stefani and Rossdale still try their best to get along.

However, things haven’t always been smooth-sailing. A source told Hollywood Life that the former couple can’t even stand being in the same room with each other.

Last month, rumors swirled that Stefani and Blake Shelton are unable to tie the knot in the church because Rossdale is blocking their marriage. An unnamed source told InTouch Weekly that Rossdale has not signed his annulment papers because he doesn’t want Stefani to marry Shelton.

However, Hollywood Life’s insider debunked the previous claim by saying that Stefani is aware that her ex-husband has no qualms about getting an annulment since he only becomes a part of her life when it has something to do with their kids.

During a previous interview with Us Weekly, Rossdale also revealed that he and his ex-wife are on good terms. In fact, they have been successfully co-parenting their three children.

Rossdale said that he and Stefani manage to feed their kids and get them to school on time. At the end of the day, they are doing the best they can.

As such, it is important to take the claims of the tabloid with a grain of salt. Rossdale is being linked to Stefani and Shelton’s relationship due to the ongoing rumors that the couple will soon announce their engagement.

However, Stefani and Shelton can’t tie the knot because the No Doubt singer wants her wedding to take place in a church. And this won’t happen until after her annulment is finalized.

Even though no engagement announcement has been made, a source told People that Stefani and Shelton’s relationship is definitely headed towards marriage.
