Rihanna, Melissa Forde Sit Courtside At NBA Finals

Rihanna and best friend Melissa Forde were spotted at Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday, sitting courtside as they watched the Golden State Warriors play against Cleveland Cavaliers. The two beauties were matching in black leather outfits and flashing smiles, reports E! News.

The two made their way to the game at Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. Stylish Riri and Melissa wore thigh-high black leather boots as they watched the Warriors win, 108-100, in overtime. The singer even got a Twitter shout-out from the Warriors who posted a photo of the R&B star on the jumbotron and wrote: “Welcome to #WarriorsGround, @rihanna! #DubNation.”

The Barbadian beauty was also spotted on Wednesday night with Leonardo DiCaprio’s friend and LA Club 1Oak owner Richie Akiva. According to Reveal, Riri and Akiva were on a rumored date at the Game nightclub in New York City’s trendy Meatpacking District. The two were first linked with each other in February after reportedly meeting while vacationing in St. Barth's over the New Year's holiday.

But Akiva wasn’t the only man seen hanging out with the star in New York this week. Rihanna met soccer player Karim Benzema at a 24-hour Cuban diner called Coppelia early Tuesday morning. TMZ reported that the two looked cozy inside the eatery but left separately. Apparently, their “friendship” started when Riri sent Benzema a Twitter message during the 2014 World Cup, writing, “@Benzema I feel your pain right now!" The soccer star reportedly responded, thanking the singer for her support. [Benzema plays club soccer for Spain's Real Madrid, and represents France in international play.]

Rihanna has been busy working on two albums. In an interview with V magazine last month, the singer revealed that the past two years were the hardest she’s ever worked. “I’ve been working on two albums, an animated film, shooting for multiple magazines, designing for Puma and Stance [socks], a new line of fragrances, a summer tour, I launched my first annual Diamond Ball at the end of last year, and I’ve also been developing several projects to be revealed in the near future.”

Fans are now eagerly awaiting the release of her eighth studio album, titled “R8.”
