Rihanna Shares Tips For Perfect Instagram Selfies, Singer Posted 230 Photos Since Joining Website

Rihanna has become one of Instagram’s resident selfie experts. She has shared about 230 photos of herself over the course of one year since the joining the photo-sharing website.

The singer has shared especially revealing photos on her Instagram account in recent months, ranging from risqué-almost-nude shots to photos of her grinding with strippers.

She has also shared more sentimental photos, such as some of herself and her late Grandma Dolly, as well as some from her childhood.

In a recent interview with Complex magazine, the raunchy super star gave one explanation for her self-indulgent photo sharing.

“It’s narcissistic, but whatever — everyone does it,” she told Complex magazine.

“I’m capturing personality ... Everybody has their thing they like or don’t like to see. It’s all in your head. That’s why people take their own pictures, because it’s difficult for someone else to capture what you seek,” she added.

Regardless of her “narcissistic” tendencies, Rihanna’s selfies tend to come out quite glamorous. The singer told the magazine the logistics of capturing the perfect selfie shot.

“Get a good light ... get a good angle on what's working for you that day,” she said. “If its boobs, make sure you hit that. If it's face, make sure it's fierce.”

Fans don’t seem to mind, either; the singer has more than 440,000 followers on Instagram.

Rihanna has been especially forthcoming with selfie photos that also feature Chris Brown. The singer’s sharing of such photos for months has fueled rumors that the two have rekindled their relationship. Brown has also shared his own selfies with Rihanna on Instagram.

Rihanna gave a simple explanation about the status of their relationship.

“It’s nobody’s business,” she told Complex.
