Rob Kardashian Double Chin? Star Shows Off Extra Fat Despite Trying To Lose Weight [PHOTO]
Rob Kardashian is still working on shedding the pounds, after seemingly little success. On Tuesday, the 26-year-old reality star left a fitness studio in Los Angeles, wearing all black, aside from a blue baseball cap.
The hoodie and sweatpants did little to hide his growing frame, however, and he even seems to now have a double chin. Double chins are a layer of subcutaneous fat under the chin, giving the appearance of having an extra chin.
In November, Kardashian told E! that he was working out twice a day in order to lose the weight, but it is unclear if he has been keeping up with that commitment. “Getting healthy...is huge for me. I've really just kind of changed my whole lifestyle with taking supplements and working out twice a day. I really needed a change. There's just a lot going on in my family, a lot of stress and negative attention,” he said at the time.
He is right. His sister, Khloe, who he lived with until recently, is going through a divorce from NBA star Lamar Odom, after he admitted to cheating on her and using illicit drugs early last year. There have also been numerous rumors that his step-father Bruce Jenner is having surgery to become a woman, and separated from wife Kris Jenner after 22 years of marriage.
Kardashian has been on a mission to lose weight after getting chubby once his relationship with singer Rita Ora went south.
At his birthday party March 16 in Las Vegas, Kardashian told Us Weekly that he was slowly losing the weight. “I lost five to seven pounds last week. I’m trying to lose 40. It’s a little journey, but it’s good.”
He frequently exercised with rapper the Game and was photographed by the paparazzi on hikes.
“We’ve started running and doing our own little workout; it’s good,” Kardashian said. “I’ll exercise with my own trainer at 8 in the morning before all that.”
But by the looks of it, it seems he has been slacking off on the workouts. “I’m like 240 pounds right now, probably 235 pounds,” he said at the time.
