Rob Kardashian Slams Blac Chyna Custody Battle Reports; Exes Insist They’re ‘Co-Parenting’
Rob Kardashian and ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna took matters into their own hands after learning about reports claiming that they are once again about to lock horns in court over their daughter Dream’s custody.
On Tuesday, Khloe Kardashian’s brother took to Twitter to break his silence about the issue. In a tweet, he slammed the custody battle rumors by saying that there’s no pending or any active case involving him and his baby mama. He also pointed out that they are actually doing fine as co-parents.
“Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases,” Kardashian wrote.
Moments later, Chyna — born Angela Renée White — caught wind of her ex’s gesture and she also joined him in addressing the reports and rumors involving their family. The video vixen praised Kardashian for being a great dad to their daughter and she also maintained that they only have Dream’s best interests at heart.
“Robert and I only concern is what’s in the best interest of our daughter that we both equally love. Additionally, Robert is a wonderful father to our Dreamy,” Chyna tweeted.
The rare unity of the “Rob & Chyna” co-stars came after reports claimed that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star wanted to have increased custody over their daughter because he’s worried whenever Dream is around Chyna.
The reports and rumors originated from The Blast, which claimed that Rob was keen on citing Chyna’s “violence, substance abuse and neglect” as issues that would ensure his increased custody over their daughter. The outlet also claimed that Kris Jenner’s only son has already asked celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser to bring his case to court.
Despite their strained relationship, Kardashian and Chyna are honoring their 50/50 custody agreement. The split custody was decided in the wake of their messy breakup, which took place about a month after Dream’s birth on Nov. 10, 2016.
Rob is said to be paying the Lashed mogul $20,000 a month in child support. According to Daily Mail, the figure was decided after the reality star chose to drop out of the public eye.
