Russian Instagram Model Offered Traffic Policemen Sexual Favors, Gets Jailed

An Instagram model from Russia was sentenced to 18 months in prison after she offered a threesome to traffic police personnel to get out of a motoring offense and a road rage incident.

Back in May, Russian model Kira Mayer, 24, was driving her Mercedes in Moscow when she was stopped by traffic officers. While talking to her and taking down her details, the officers realized Mayer was driving without a license as it was suspended following a previous traffic offense.

While the police interacted with her, Mayer suddenly attacked one of the officers who was writing down a report on her offense at the scene. She grabbed the written report and tried to kick and scratch him. According to the Sun, her actions caused bodily harm to the police officer, although the extent of his injuries was not known.

Then she ran back to her car and tried unsuccessfully to flee from the scene before being stopped by the police.

“The traffic policemen informed her that she could not drive her car any longer and it was a trigger for Kira. She began to shout, she tried to grab her documents from the road policemen. She scratched them, kicked them, swore at them and even tried to drive away. Of course she failed to do so,” a police source said, Mirror Online reported.

After that, the model made a last effort to evade arrest by offering sex “solo or duet” to the officers, who rejected her advances and took her into custody.

“(She) offered the traffic policemen sex - one by one or together - when she was caught driving without a license. The policemen refused…and finally detained the woman,” a local outlet quoted an unnamed source as saying.

In order to keep the “intimate details” from being read out in the court, the model pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and the traffic offense. The police officer who was attacked by Mayer did not give evidence of the assault in court.

“I completely agree with the charge brought against me. I repent and apologize to the victim. When I'm very worried, I get screwed up. But I am trying to control myself,” she told the court.

The model will be serving out her sentence in a low security Russian penal colony.

Mayer closed her Instagram account, which featured barely-clad pictures of her from her vacation in places such as Dubai and Paris. She had over 148,000 followers on the popular social media platform before shutting it down.

“When I get bored with my happy life, I will marry and suffer like all normal people,” she told her fans in the past, Mail Online reported.
