Is Ryan Gosling Single Now? Eva Mendes And Actor Reportedly Break Up After Rumored Pregnancy

Hey, girls, Ryan Gosling might be on the market again. Apparently, he and actress girlfriend Eva Mendes have called it quits, and that means you might have a chance with the hunky Canadian film star now -- well, hypothetically.

According to two magazines, Gosling and Mendes haven’t been together since Christmas. InTouch's source claimed “neither is rushing out to date other people right now" and Life & Style Weekly's source said: “They just knew it was time." Gosling’s rep didn’t answer calls from the Daily Mail and Mendes’ rep chose not to comment.

Though they supposedly split up over the holidays, the couple, who met on the set of “The Place Beyond the Pines,” had problems months before. 'They started having problems back in September,” a source told InTouch, as per the Daily Mail. “They decided to quietly call it off for good around Christmas.”

So why did the actors split? Mendes reportedly likes to live the glamorous life -- going out and partying -- but Gosling would rather stay home. He’s “introverted - very serious and a total homebody,” the insider said.

Unfortunately, it seems like this rumor might be... just a rumor. Even though Mendes’ rep didn’t respond to the Daily Mail, E! News wrote the two were still together, according to the actress’ rep. The news site speculated that the breakup rumors started because the celebrity couple hasn’t been photographed together in public in three months.

These latest rumors follow others about Mendes. The actress was recently rumored to be pregnant after refusing to cooperate in a routine, pre-flight security scan at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday. Her rep once again denied the rumor to E! News: “[Eva] has never gone through the scanners at the airport; she has always elected to be hand-checked instead,” said the rep.
