Saint West First Photo Goes Viral; Kim Kardashian West And Kanye Spotted With Newborn Son

The Wests are back in the building. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West were seen out in Los Angeles Thursday along with their two children, 2-year-old North West and newborn Saint West.

TMZ snapped a photo of the couple out with their two kids while taking Saint West to the doctor 12 days after he was born. Kanye was seen walking with the baby's car seat while wearing a hooded sweatshirt. He made sure to keep the keep the car seat covered as well so no paparazzi could get a photo. Thursday night, Kardashian West made her first public appearance since having her second child during a four-minute livestream on her app, according to E! Online. She was shown wearing makeup and talked a little bit about what she's been doing since giving birth, which includes "staying home and not going anywhere."

"I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes...I decided to put makeup on," she dished during the livestream.

Kardashian West, 35, and Kanye, 38, announced Saint West was born on Dec. 5 in posts on Twitter and her blog. The couple waited a few days to reveal what the name of their son would be.

The couple revealed in June on Father's Day that they were expecting a son. In an Instgram post, Kim said, "Precious moments like this when we were traveling on tour with you are what I live for. You're such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son, too."

Leading up to the birth of their second child, Kardashian West was open about pregnancy complications with her placenta, which she experienced during the birth of North. According to People, the problems resurfaced again with Saint's birth, which was described as "tough."

Kanye and Kardashian West started dating in April 2012 and married in May 2014. They had their first child, North (whom they call Nori), on June 15, 2013.
