Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew Will Never Remarry; ‘Impossible,’ Royal Expert Says

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s are unlikely to get married again after their divorce.

The Duke and Duchess of York remain good friends following their split. They have even been seen attending events together and are reportedly still living together at the Royal Lodge Windsor. Due to their close relationship, many fans are rooting for Prince Andrew and Ferguson to remarry, but this is unlikely to ever happen.

“At times like these I quote the Hollywood film producer Sam Goldwyn who was famed for his mangled syntax. In two words Im. Possible,” royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said.

But although they might not get married again, their amicable arrangement will likely continue because they always got on and have been very close. In fact, both are fond of each other even after their split.

“It does seem strange to many but the Yorks are a very close knit family and their daughters are devoted to both their parents so that is an extra bond,” the royal expert added.

In a past interview, Ferguson said that they split due to long periods of separation. According to her, she felt abandoned as Prince Andrew was always away due to his naval duties. They reportedly only saw each other 40 days a year for seven years.

She admitted that they didn’t fight hard enough to keep things together. But although their marriage ended up in divorce, Ferguson said that at the time, their life together was “the greatest ever.”

She knew that her arrangement with the Duke of York isn’t normal, but she doesn’t care anymore because it’s the way they tell their story.

“It's so hard to comprehend because we're not normal. This is our fairy tale, and we're telling it our way,” Ferguson said.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Ferguson was spotted at Annabel’s private club in Mayfair. The duchess looked gorgeous in a black leather jacket and green dress. She accessorized her getup with a velvet green Gucci bag and shoes. Prince Andrew’s wife styled her hair in big curls and wore a smoky eye makeup.

Ferguson met her daughter, Princess Beatrice, and the latter’s boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, during her night out. Princess Eugenie’s sister matched her mom’s getup by wearing a black velvet tuxedo jacket over a black dress. She also put on dark eye makeup and a fresh face look.
