“Saturday Night Live” alum Horatio Sanz has denied sexual assault allegations made against him in a new lawsuit.

The 52-year-old comedian is being sued by a Pennsylvania woman who claims Sanz began grooming her while she was a minor and sexually assaulted her at the age of 17.

Sanz’s attorney told TMZ the woman’s accusations were “categorically false” and “ludicrous.”

“Before filing this lawsuit anonymously, she demanded $7.5 million in exchange for her silence. We, of course, refused and will vigorously contest these totally meritless claims,” the lawyer said in a statement.

In the lawsuit, the accuser claimed she began chatting with Sanz when she was 15 years old while running an “SNL” fan website. She accused Sanz of grooming her while sending flirtatious and sexual messages.

The accuser, who filed the lawsuit as Jane Doe, claimed Sanz sexually assaulted her in May 2002 after getting her drunk at several “SNL” parties. The woman alleged NBC should have known about the actor’s inappropriate behavior but never reprimanded Sanz.

The accuser is suing Horatio, “SNL” Studios and NBCUniversal for damages. Following her assault, the woman claimed she was ashamed and became depressed. She then began self-medicating with “dissociative drugs” before being hospitalized for treatment.

The accuser claimed she encountered Sanz in 2019 at a New York City comedy event, where he confessed to having “cybersex” with her while she was a minor.

She went on to reveal Sanz admitted he felt guilty about his inappropriate behavior and promised he changed.

The allegations come ahead of the September release of the movie, “Clifford the Big Red Dog.” Sanz plays Raul, one of the men who work at a bodega in Clifford’s neighborhood.
