‘Scorpion’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 10 Promo Teases Walter’s Possible Death In ‘This Is The Pits’?

“Scorpion” Season 3, episode 10 will see Walter (Elyes Gabel) risking his life for the team.

In “This Is The Pits,” Team Scorpion will receive a call from a woman who is trapped inside her car while it is submerged in water. While attending to her, Sylvester (Ari Stidham) tells his team members that they only have 35 minutes to get the woman out of her car or she could run out of oxygen. Everyone is hesitant to go to the rescue site, but Walter will once again step up for his team. Unfortunately, the task on hand is more difficult to accomplish than expected. As a result, Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas) warns Walter that he only has 15 seconds left to save the woman and himself.

Meanwhile, “Scorpion” Season 3 will release another episode this month before the CBS series goes on a winter hiatus. When the show returns next year, TV Line writer Michael Ausiello confirmed that Paige’s mom, Veronica (Lea Thompson), will still be part of the series.

In the previous episode, Veronica reunited with her daughter and showed support for her and Walter. This didn’t sit well with Paige and Tim (Scott Porter) who were dating at that time. As a result, Tim will start considering whether or not he should continue dating Paige. The newest member of Team Scorpion will also have to contemplate on whether he still wants to work with Walter and his friends.

Other than trying to matchmake Paige and Walter, Veronica will also play a crucial role in helping Team Scorpion. Ausiello said that the character’s unique set of skills is something that the team has been lacking for the past couple of years.
