‘Secretly Santa’ Lifetime Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis

Lifetime’s “It’s A Wonderful Lifetime” programming event continues tonight with the premiere of “Secretly Santa,” starring Alicia Dea Josipovic and Travis Nelson.

Fans will be in for a treat as they become familiar with Josipovic for the first time. While she isn’t known for any other holiday fare or Lifetime movies, however, fans may know her from a higher profile role in your teen years, as she portrayed Biana on “Degrassi: The Next Generation.”

While Josipovic may be newer though, Nelson is someone fans of Lifetime may recognize. Not only has he been in the network films “Homemade Christmas,” “Obsession: Stalked By My Lover,” “Obsession: Escaping My ex” and “Obsession: Her Final Vengeance,” but he also starred in upTV’s holiday film, “Mistletoe Magic.”

So what will happen in this film? Let’s find out.

“Miranda (Josipovic) and Paul (Nelson) are business rivals who accidentally meet at a costumed Santa crawl and spend a romantic evening together without learning each other’s identities,” a synopsis reads. “As their anonymous romance continues online, their businesses merge, forcing them into an unwanted partnership.”

A natural disdain for one another starts to develop into something more however and leads to both wondering if their hearts are better off in their virtual romances—or with one another.

“As they clash while working together on a holiday gift-giving app, their hearts must reconcile their online love when unexpected feelings develop for one another,” the synopsis concludes.

Will they figure out the truth before Christmas?

“Secretly Santa” airs Monday at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
