Is Selena Gomez Dating Ed Sheeran? Singer Officially Breaks Up With Justin Bieber [REPORT]

Selena Gomez is no longer a "belieber." A new report claims that the “Come and Get It" singer has officially traded in her pop sensation ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, for another singer, Ed Sheeran.

Multiple sources close to the 20-year-old former Disney actress and the 22-year-old British singer are claiming they are an item. “They are hooking up!” an unidentified source told Us Weekly Wednesday, dishing to the magazine that the relationship blossomed after Sheeran reportedly told friends at the MuchMusic festival earlier this month that he “wouldn’t complain” given the chance to date Gomez.

Sheeran, who is currently on tour with country singer Taylor Swift, was reportedly introduced to Gomez by his touring partner during Memorial Day weekend. A source confirmed the duo is dating despite Gomez being spotted kissing Bieber at the Billboard Music Awards in May. “[They] are totally done … not even hooking up anymore,” said the source, who claims Sheeran is a better fit for the former "Wizards of Waverly Place" star. “He’s sensitive and sweet and a lot deeper than Justin.”

According to the report, Gomez decided to officially break off her on-again, off-again relationship with the 19-year-old “Baby” singer due to his recent string of bad publicity. “She got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child,” said a source. “This is a nice escape from the drama.”

Earlier this month Gomez also was linked to her “Spring Breakers” co-star, rapper Gucci Mane. The 33-year-old shot down the claims, calling it a “crazy, cruel rumor.” Gucci called the young singer a “nice girl,” telling the Huffington Post, “I don’t know her personally. I never dated her. I wish her the best.”

Gomez and Sheeran have yet to comment on the reports.
