Shiba Inu pseudonymous lead developer Shytshi Kusama announced that the highly anticipated collectible card game (CCG) "Shiba Eternity" is now available for early testing in Vietnam.
Following the official launch of "Shiba Eternity" on Aug. 1, Kusama shared that those in Vietnam will be the first to get their hands on the game via early testing. "Vietnam! The game #ShibaEternity is now available for testing in your country on iOS," the lead developer said in a tweet Wednesday.
Kusama mentioned that the game is still in its "early test" version, noting that "more features will be released in later builds." In a follow-up tweet, Kusama said, "And yes Indonesia I see you," which seems to suggest that country will be the next to get early test access to the game.
The latest announcement is Kusama's way of staying true to the promise they made in July. Last month, the lead developer promised they have a special treat for the country, after asking whether Shiba Inu has followers in the region
"Great! I have a special treat for Vietnam soon. I'll keep you all posted. Just making sure we are present in that region," the tweet read. Aside from the announcement, the lead developer also warned the community about scammers taking advantage of the new game.
"I shouldn't have to say this #Shibarmy but ignore the scammers," they noted in a tweet containing a screenshot of a game with the same title as Shiba Inu's CCG. Kusama also said that the team is currently fixing bugs, which include unrated matches.
They also thanked Youtubers for their review of the game, adding that, so far, the CCG has got great feedback. Moreover, they noted that they "Love all your vids," and confirmed that they also "watch them."
"Shiba Eternity" is the latest project scheduled to launch sometime this year and with the early test version already out, the global release of the CCG could be imminent. As of 4:25 a.m. ET on Thursday, SHIB, the native token of the Shiba Inu community, was trading up 3.43% at $0.00001241, with a 24-hour volume of $470,456,835, based on data from CoinMarketCap.
