Single ‘Counting On’ Star Jana Duggar’s Courtship Comments Two Years Later

It’s has been a couple of years and dozens of episodes of “Counting On” since lead Jana Duggar last spoke out about her love life. From her twin brother John-David’s recent marriage to her multiple rumored romances, it is now time to look back at what Jana has said about love and courtship.

At 29 years of age, Jana remains the oldest offspring in parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s brood that has yet to enter into an official courtship. Still, when she last spoke about her romantic life two years ago, she didn’t seem too phased about being behind all of her married siblings.

“I know how it feels to wait for ‘Prince Charming’ to come along. I’m still waiting. Waiting is not always easy,” Jana told Crown of Beauty magazine in their March 2017 issue.

Jana added that she was comfortable filling her life with other meaningful tasks while waiting to find a partner.

“We need to be busy with where God has us and being content and joyfully serving Jesus there. My parents have always encouraged each of us to serve those around us,” she said. “I’ve found that when I’m having a hard or discouraging day, I try to look for ways to bless or serve someone else. And in turn, it usually blesses and encourages me.”

While Jana appears to be single, some fans of the TLC series have speculated a courtship could be in the works for her and it’s all because of Instagram, among other signs. Most Duggar kids start a social media page shortly before making a big announcement. Jana created an Instagram account in January, though, according to her sister Jessa Seewald, it was a mere coincidence.

It looks like fans will have to keep watching to find out what’s in store for Jana!
