'Single And Ready To Jingle" Lifetime Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis
The Lifetime Christmas movies continue with the premiere of "Single and Ready to Jingle," starring Natasha Wilson and Edward Ruttle, on Sunday night.
The film will be a treat for fans, as they might be familiar with the film's stars. Wilson has yet to star in a film on the network but did appear on the series "UnREAL" as Maya throughout all three seasons. As for Ruttle, he previously starred in the Lifetime films "Christmas Lost and Found" and "No Time Like Christmas," as well as the Hallmark Channel movies "Holiday Date" and "Just One Kiss."
So what can fans expect from the film? According to a synopsis, a mix-up may lead to either the best or worst Christmas ever for a burned-out executive.
"Emma Warner (Wilson) feels like she lives Christmas year-round. As the SVP of a successful toy company in Chicago, she spends 12 months a year focusing on Christmas, leaving no time for dating...or much of anything else," the synopsis reads. "By the time the actual holiday rolls around, she has had enough. She asks her assistant and friend Lucy to find a tropical singles resort—somewhere she can find a guy and not think of Christmas. But due to a booking mix-up, Emma ends up in her worst nightmare—a town devoted to everything Christmas. Will Emma be able to find her joy?"
"Single and Ready to Jingle" airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
