"Sister Wives" stars Meri Brown, Janelle Brown and Christine Brown couldn't compete with Robyn Brown when it comes to their husband, Kody Brown, a report has claimed.
On Tuesday, Christine and Kody confirmed that they had parted ways after being together for 25 years. One of Christine's concerns was Kody not having enough time for everyone because he was always with Robyn.
According to an unnamed source, Kody has gotten closer to his fourth wife, Robyn, after his split from Christine. There are times when Robyn and Kody are exclusive to each other even if they're in a polygamous marriage, since Kody has three other wives.
"The other wives can’t compete against Robyn," an unnamed source told Us Weekly. "Robyn and Kody are a dream couple. She has him wrapped around her finger."
The source said Kody treats Robyn "like a queen." Also, the two of them "act like they're still newlyweds" and "very much in love."
Robyn joined the polygamous family in 2010. Initially, Kody was legally married to Meri. However, he divorced her to marry Robyn to legally adopt her three children, Solomon, 10, Aurora, 19, and David, 21. She was reportedly "forever grateful" to Kody for what he did. Meri and Kody are still together through a "spiritual union."
According to the tipster, Robyn "sees through" Kody's mistakes and she acknowledges how "very focused" he is on their family.
Another insider told the same outlet that Christine's decision to leave Kody had something to do with his relationship with Robyn. While the split shocked the "Sister Wives" audience, people close to them were not surprised at all.
"She’s been in the process of leaving him for a while. The big reason why she split from him is because Kody has been completely devoted to Robyn [Brown] for the past five or six years," the tipster said.
Meanwhile, another source said that Meri might be the next one to leave Kody. Meri and Kody's relationship has been rocky in the recent years. Also, she has become more independent from Kody thanks to her business in Utah, which could be her way to spend more time away from Kody, who is now based in Arizona. Kody's relationship with Robyn and Janelle remains great.
"Sister Wives" Season 16 premieres on Nov. 21 at 10:00 p.m. ET on TLC.
