'Still Matching Outfits': David, Victoria Beckham Celebrate 22nd Wedding Anniversary

David Beckham took to Instagram Sunday to celebrate 22 years of his marriage with his wife Victoria Beckham and shared some sweet throwback photos of the couple.
The 46-year-old former soccer player, who married the singer on July 4, 1999, celebrated the milestone with a series of throwback pictures featuring the two in similar outfits.
"22 years later, still matching outfits," he captioned his post. "Happy anniversary love (yo)u so much and thank you for giving me our amazing kids so we can all wear the same."
In the first photo, clicked during their wedding reception, the couple donned purple outfits. David wore a purple suit while Victoria was seen in a purple off-shoulder dress with red and purple garland on one shoulder.
In the next picture, the Beckhams flaunted identical leather jackets while posing for the camera. In the third photo, they both stood on a farm wearing similar-looking overcoats with a white t-shirt. While David wore a hat and held a stick in one hand, Victoria kept hands in her pocket to pose.
In another photo, David kept his arm around Victoria to pose and the couple donned white t-shirts, and brown bottoms. In the last slide, David shared his family photo featuring four kids, Brooklyn, 22, Harper Seven, 9, Romeo James, 18, and Cruz, 16.
Victoria also shared on Instagram a compilation video, featuring herself and David. She captioned the video, "I love you David. Happy Anniversary."
The couple began dating in 1997 and married two years later at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. They welcomed their eldest son Brooklyn on March 4, 1999, four months before their wedding ceremony.
On the work front, David retired from professional soccer in May 2013. Since then, he has worked as an actor on various projects, including "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.," "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword," "H&M's the Road Trip" and "Outlaws." He will also serve as a producer on the television mini-series "World War Shoe."
On the other hand, Victoria was last seen on a chat show, "Lorraine" as a guest in 2020. She wrote lyrics for the song "Wannabe" from teen comedy, "To All the Boys: Always and Forever." The movie dropped on Feb. 12, 2021.
