‘Supergirl’ Season 2 Spoilers: Did Jeremy Jordan Just Tease Winn’s New Love Interest?

“Supergirl” may be introducing a new female character soon.

Series star Jeremy Jordan took Instagram earlier today to tease a potential new character with a shadow photo of the actress playing the role. In the caption for the snapshot, Jordan — who plays Winn on the CW series — revealed that viewers are going to meet the mystery woman in the picture in Season 2, episode 13.

Some of Jordan’s followers initially thought that the lady in the picture is Maggie (Floriana Lima), but the “Smash” alum later clarified in the comments section of his post that the woman is not Alex’s (Chyler Leigh) girlfriend.

There are also a number of people who think that the mystery woman in the pic is Winn’s new love interest. Since episode 13 is actually the show’s Valentine’s Day episode, it won’t be surprising if the installment introduces a character that will eventually become Winn’s new girlfriend.

Episode 13 also marks the debut appearance of Mr. Mxyzptlk (Peter Gadiot), who arrives on Earth and declares his love for Kara. Mon-El (Chris Wood) has encountered beings like Mr. Mxyzptlk on Daxam. While he knows how dangerous they can be, Kara thinks that the magical imp is harmless. Kara’s impression of Mr. Mxyzptlk, however, quickly changes when the Earth visitor decides to wreak havoc on National City after she tries to let him down easy.

Meanwhile, Alex and Maggie celebrate their first Valentine’s Day together in the episode. According to Entertainment Weekly, Alex is beyond excited to spend her first Valentine’s Day with a girlfriend. Maggie, however, is not keen on the holiday, and that leads to their first real fight as a couple. To make it up to Alex, the police detective recreates a very special night.

“Supergirl” Season 2, episode 13, titled “Mr. & Mrs. Mxyzptlk,” airs on Monday, Feb. 20 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
