Sydney Leathers Talks Anthony Weiner On 'Howard Stern Show': 'Is He Really This Dumb?' [VIDEO]

If Anthony Weiner’s prospects of winning the New York City mayoral race looked iffy before, they seem positively hopeless now. As if to drive the stake in, Sydney Leathers, Weiner’s 23-year-old former sexting partner, stopped by “The Howard Stern Show” for a memorable appearance on Tuesday.

As the raunchy interview began, Stern commented on the strangeness of Weiner’s penchant for online affairs. “I’ve had more contact with you already,” he said.

Leathers told Stern she initially admired Weiner on a political level before news of his first sexting scandal broke two years ago. She wrote to Weiner on Facebook to express her disappointment to the then-congressman. “I was a huge fan of him and very disappointed in his actions,” she said, according to Classicalite. “I’m a huge political junkie, so yeah ... I knew all about him ... I didn’t hear from him in about a year. There was no picture or anything. A year later he poked me on Facebook out of nowhere--just total Internet stalking to say he was sorry he let me down. ... I was like, ‘Is he really this dumb?’”

As their online relationship developed, Leathers revealed she began to receive daily sexually explicit emails, phone calls and nude photographs from Weiner. “I was flattered that he trusted me enough to send that in the moment,” she said. “And also just completely baffled that someone so book-smart could be so stupid in life."

Leathers said the subject of Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, or child never came up. “He talked to me more about his two cats than he did his child or his wife.”

As the relationship grew more intense, Leathers eventually stopped communicating with Weiner. She likened Weiner to a “needy girlfriend,” “teenage boy” and a “needy little b***h” when the relationship soured.

Stern’s co-host, Robin Quivers, also weighed in, saying that perhaps Weiner didn’t consider an online relationship to be cheating. “I don’t think he really gives a s**t, to be honest,” Leathers replied. “I think he’s like ‘I’m Anthony Weiner. ... I’m Carlos Danger, I’m gonna do whatever I want.’”

When Stern asked her if Weiner should be mayor of New York City, Leathers didn’t hold back in her response. “I mean as funny as it would be to have a Mayor Carlos Danger, I think he’s a little too busy j*****g off to do anything for the city,” she told Stern. “How are you going to be mayor of New York City if you’re c***ing like five times a day?”

“I think I am a little bit angry with him, just because I feel like he lured me into this situation and then he didn’t want to own up to it,” she continued. “What pissed me off was him on the campaign trail saying, ‘I’ve changed,’ and trying to act like he has this perfect marriage now. … I was like ‘Bulls**t, I am proof that you have not changed.”

Amid reports that Leathers had met with Steve Hirsch, the head of porn company Vivid Entertainment, Stern asked if Leathers was considering a move into pornography. “I’m keeping all my options open. … We’ll see what happens,” she said.
