The top 10 contestants on “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 15 will soon be revealed.

On Monday, the top 5 girls have already been named. After performing a routine that they are not necessarily familiar with, judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy, and Vanessa Hudgens picked Jensen Arnold, Hannahlei Cabanilla, Gennesy Castillo, Magda Fialek, and Chelsea Hough to head to the live show.

Arnold danced a jazz routine even though she is a ballroom dancer. The judges said that they were so impressed by her because she shed her Little Miss Apple Pie personality and turned into a lioness while on stage.

Castillo also murdered a hip-hop routine with Season 10 winner Fik-Shun, and ballroom dancer Fialek danced a contemporary routine with Robert Roldan. Cabanilla, a contemporary dancer, was given a salsa routine, and Hough did a salsa routine with former contestant Jonathan Platero.

They will be joined by the top 5 male dancers whose performances will be shown on next week’s episode. Prior to this, Fox dropped a teaser featuring the remaining 10 male dancers in the competition. Each other will also be dancing a routine with either an all-star or a former contestant on the show. Whoever will impress the judges will be given a spot in the live show.

Meanwhile, the current season of “So You Think You Can Dance” no longer featured the all-stars deciding on which top 10 contestants will make it to the live show. In the previous seasons, the top 20 dancers compete for a spot in the live show by performing in front of them. Whoever is chosen will then be paired with an all-star.

At the end of the final round, the final two contestants working with an all-star will be narrowed down to just one. The all-star is the one responsible for choosing which contestant he or she wants to perform with throughout the entire season. But this year, the judges made the decision on behalf of the all-stars.

As of late, is still unclear whether or not this will be the new trend on “So You Think You Can Dance.”

“So You Think You Can Dance” Season 15 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
