Tamar Braxton Claims Ex-Husband Vince Herbert Impregnated Another Woman
Tamar Braxton has revealed that an unnamed woman recently told her that she is pregnant with Vince Herbert’s child.
The reality TV star posted a cryptic post on her Instagram account, which has been deleted. Braxton, 40, said that the woman contacted her to come clean about her and Herbert’s affair.
According to E! News, Herbert also called Braxton and denied the unnamed woman’s claims about him being the father of her child. But the “Dancing With the Stars” alum said that she knew her ex-husband was lying to her.
“Vincent Herbert is having a baby!” she wrote on social media. Braxton also said that her ex-husband wasn’t supposed to call her because she has been granted protection order against him.
Immediately after Braxton’s shocking revelations, Laura Govan clarified that she’s not Herbert’s “other woman.” The “Basketball Wives LA” star also said that she was never with Herbert and as such, he could never get her pregnant, according to TMZ.
Meanwhile, Braxton filed for divorce from Herbert in October. Herbert was arrested on Christmas Day and was later on released on a $20,000 bond. Initial speculations suggested that Herbert was booked for spousal assault, but Braxton told People that their heated fight did not become physical.
“Co-parenting while going through a divorce is not an easy task. While celebrating the Christmas holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealousy, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during the holidays. In the midst of everything our family is going through things got heated and a bit exaggerated,” she said.
Braxton added that he did not appreciate Herbert’s lack of respect for their family, as well as the fact that he got another woman pregnant. But she also cannot paint him as an “abuser” because he isn’t.
“I’m deeply hurt and saddened that this will be how we will remember Christmas 2017, but, my motto is and maintains to be ‘Bluebird of Happiness’ and nobody will stop my joy and blessings going into the New Year,” she concluded.
