Tarek El Moussa, Ex Christina Haack 'Not Friends' Outside Of Co-Parenting Agreement Even Before Dispute: Report

Tarek El Moussa regretted that he lashed out at his ex-wife Christina Haack even though they were not friendly toward each other post-divorce, a report has revealed.

El Moussa and Haack had a fight on the set of "Flip or Flop" last week. An insider confirmed the dispute and said El Moussa was deeply sorry for how he reacted at the time. However, a tipster said the exes were not friends even before their dispute despite their agreement to co-parent their children, 10-year-old Taylor and 5-year-old Brayden.

"They did get into a disagreement. Tarek lashed out and he's super remorseful," an unnamed source told People. "They're exes who share a history and children and a workplace, but outside of coparenting, they're not friends."

Several outlets reported about their disagreement, and the 38-year-old celebrity seemingly shaded her ex-husband in her recent post on her Instagram Stories where she proved that she’s the boss on the set of “Flip or Flop.”

During their heated confrontation, El Moussa allegedly yelled at Hack and told her that he enjoys watching her fail, TMZ reported. He also compared her to his current fiancée, Heather Rae Young.

"Look at me, look at me, look at me. It's called winning," El Moussa reportedly told Haack. He added that he "made" her and referred to her as "washed-up loser."

Following their dispute, Haack gushed over her new boyfriend, Joshua Hall, on Instagram.

"Ride or Die. Some people are lucky enough to get forever the first time but no one should be shamed for things not working out and no one knows what goes on behind closed doors," she wrote. "Remember that before making judgements and assumptions. this woman / mama is still lucky enough to have this man choose me."

El Moussa and Haack started dating in 2006 and got married three years later. They welcomed their daughter Taylor Reese in 2010 and their son Brayden in 2015.

"The day Tarek and I officially started dating, which was October 9, 2006, we moved in together," Haack told Good Housekeeping in 2017.

During the interview, she recalled how they worked at Prudential and learned from real estate coach Mike Ferry. They learned to hustle, knock on people's doors and make phone calls to land rare but lucrative expired listings.

"That's what Tarek specialized in, and what he taught me," Haack said at the time. "Part of Mike Ferry's thing was always big goals, big dreams."

They made a dream board and kept it in their office where anyone who passed by could see it. Their list included a wedding ring, a house with a rock pool, a Bentley, a private jet and some Mercedes.

"The weird part is, by the time I turned 31, we had all of it," Haack added.

The couple separated in May 2016 but it wasn't until months later, in December, that their split became public. According to them, they had a misunderstanding.

"We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution," they said in a statement to Country Living. "There was no violence and no charges were filed."
