Tarek El Moussa Shares Thoughts About Life In New Post After Christina El Moussa Feud Rumors

Tarek El Moussa shared with his more than 227,000 fans in a new Instagram post on what he has learnt about life in the last few months. The post came the same day E! News shared an exclusive interview with the "Flip or Flop" star where he spoke about his life after splitting with Christina El Moussa.

"I'm just absolutely loving life!!!! I've learned so much about myself the last few months... have fun... don't be serious.... be present...enjoy family and friends... love yourself... love your friends... be the best you that you can be!!!! This is my #tbt but the video is from Sunday...lol is that considered a throwback?___. Just #love my #510sundancer by #searay brings me so much freedom!" Tarek wrote along with a video of him.

Earlier Thursday, Tarek opened up about dating and how his life has been after being single.

“I’ve really never been single before. It’s a whole new life and I’m having a lot of fun. I’m just a free spirit,” the father of two told E! News. “I’m happy. I love going on dates. I like meeting girls.”

He also gave a green light to the prospect of being part of "The Bachelor" show someday.

“I would be open to that,” he revealed. “I would absolutely be open to that.”

While talking more about his family and his ex-wife, Tarek said: "I’m a dad half the time, I’m a single guy half the time, so I have at this point in my life the best of both worlds after the separation. But being a dad is number one. I absolutely love it. My kids are my life and I’m very, very grateful that I’m able to be there for them."

“I’m open for dating shows,” Tarek continued. “I’m ready to date and be healthy. I mean, the last three years have really kicked my butt: cancer, cancer, back, 50-pound weight swing. I’m finally in a place where I’m healthy, happy and I’m ready to move forward.”

Last month, Tarek and Christina were rumored to have got involved in a social media spat linked to their explosive fight they had in May 2016. The fight that occurred last year was believed to be the reason behind their split, however, the couple called it a "misunderstanding" at the time.

The rumored social media feud began after Tarek joked about an explosive fight with his estranged wife that led to their split. The post, which has now been deleted, reportedly showed Tarek posing under a sign that read, “No guns, weapons of any type,” and he added the words “or helicopters,” tagging Christina along with a middle finger emoji.

Just after Tarek had shared the "no guns, weapons" post, Christina posted a cryptic message on her Instagram account, without naming Tarek.

"No time for bull---- when you're building an empire" the message read against the backdrop of the Empire State Building. The post was seen as a response to Tarek's alleged attack on Instagram.

Tarek reportedly “liked” the post shared by Christina and later that day shared a cryptic message himself.

“#life is about having #fun and enjoying every #moment….people shouldn’t take things so seriously especially JOKES that are meant to be playful and fun… happy Friday!!” he wrote alongside a photo of him surfing.
