'Teen Mom 2' Star Kailyn Lowry Planning For Baby No. 3 After Suffering Miscarriage

After revealing to “Teen Mom 2” viewers that she suffered a miscarriage in the trailer for Season 7 of the MTV series, Kailyn Lowry is opening up about her heartbreaking loss. After the devastating ordeal, the reality star she says she’s now in a “good place.”

“I really just hope that people see how much I’m trying to grow,” Kailyn, 24, told People. “I’m hoping that shows on the show and I’m hoping that I see it in myself.”

While Kail may have lost her baby — she has 6-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera and 2-year-old Lincoln with husband Javi Marroquin — she isn’t giving up on expanding her family just yet. “She definitely hopes to have a third child in the future,” the magazine reported. However, it may be awhile before another little Marroquin makes his or her appearance. Kailyn reportedly plans to finish college before trying for another baby.

For now, Kail says she’s doing her best to cope and has found solace in her fans sharing their own miscarriage stories. “I’ve had tons of people … saying that they can relate, they’ve been through it,” Kail said six months after her loss. “I like to think that everything kind of happened for a reason – I’m not really sure what the reason was yet for that, but I’m just constantly reminding myself that there was a reason why this happened.”
