‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham Doesn’t Mind Being The ‘OG’ Villain And Won’t Quit
“Teen Mom OG” star Farrah Abraham sees no end in sight for her leading role on the MTV series. While she still may be on touchy terms with her castmates, the mother of one says she doesn’t mind being the odd-one-out.
“I’m just such a strong individual that no person whether they were on top of me, living next door to me, circling around me, being on the same show as me, no one makes me do anything that I don’t want to do,” Farrah told International Business Times when asked if she would ever leave the show.
While Farrah labeled her co-stars’ behavior as “high school drama” and said their actions are “sad” in her eyes, she stated that she likes to focus on the positivity of the series.
“I definitely enjoy the experience and I think ‘Teen Mom’ has just been a running top show for Viacom, MTV, this network and if it is doing its job, then it needs do stay,” she told IBT. “I like to focus on the other single parents that really support our show. It does good things and I don’t need to focus on the negative.”
As for being portrayed as the series’ villain, Farrah says it’s old hat to her.
“I’ve done ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ and I’ve done many other shows and I’ve been made out to be a villain and guess what? It’s really the villain or just because they have to create a character because TV is just so predictable. That’s just kind of their setup,” she explained.
“Whether I’m a villain or whether I’m just Farrah I’m normal and I’m above whatever in editing and I don’t really care.”
“Teen Mom OG” Season 2B premieres on MTV on April 17.
