The first season of the “Teen Mom” reboot “Teen Mom OG” is officially coming to a close. Can you believe it? Eight weeks ago Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood and Farrah Abraham reprised their spots on the hit MTV docuseries. MTV recently confirmed that the program will air its season finale on Monday, May 25.

“Throughout the season, viewers have seen how life in the public eye shapes each of these women as they continue to raise their children and face the demanding responsibilities of motherhood,” MTV said in a press release (via Zap2it) announcing the episode.

According to the network, the finale will be a “super-sized” 90-minute episode, with dramatic storylines for the four moms. The synopsis states that Catelynn will struggle with leaving her daughter Nova under her mother April’s care for the first time. Meanwhile, Maci will take on the task of finding the perfect home for her boyfriend Taylor McKinney and son Bentley. Farrah will pressure her new boyfriend Simon to propose and will introduce him to her daughter Sophia. Finally, Amber will have to deal with facing her new fiancé Matt Baier’s true “intentions” when “his past is revealed.”

While “Teen Mom OG” fans might be upset to learn they have to say goodbye to the original moms, they can tune in for the two-part reunion special, “Teem Mom OG Finale Special: Check-Up with Dr. Drew,” which begins airing on MTV June 1, at 10 p.m. EDT. Part two of the reunion special will premiere the following week on June 8 at the same time.

The Drew Pinsky-hosted affair will reportedly touch on some of the season’s most dramatic moments, including Maci’s decision to pull her son from the series following Farrah’s last-minute return. Other points being discussed include Catelynn’s struggle with motherhood and Amber’s “questionable relationship” with Matt.

And that’s not all MTV has up its sleeve. Just when the moms thought the drama was over, the network has revealed it's airing an “Unseen Moments” episode. Will we get to see more of the Maci-Farrah feud? Fans will have to tune in to find out! “Teen Mom: Unseen Moments” airs Monday, June 15, at 10 p.m. EDT.

“Teen Mom 2” will premiere its sixth season on MTV in July. Ahead of the series return, MTV will air a catch-up special starring Kailyn Lowry, Janelle Evans, Leah Calvert and Chelsea Houska on June 22 at 10 p.m. EDT.
