A woman is suing rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine for allegedly sexually abusing her at a party when she was 13 years old, claiming that she was one of the girls featured in the lewd videos that the artist previously shared.
Identified as Jane Doe, the victim alleged in her suit that Tekashi, then-18, and Taquan “Tay Milly” Anderson, then-21, brought her to a party in February 2015 when she was 13. Court documents said that she was allegedly given drugs and alcohol at the bash, Page Six reported.
The plaintiff said that there were three videos taken of her that were later shared. One allegedly showed Jane Doe naked while performing oral sex on Anderson as Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, slapped her butt and pushed his pelvis against her without engaging in sex.
The second video reportedly showed Jane Doe in her underwear sitting on Tekashi's lap. The third one allegedly showed her lying naked across the rapper and Anderson’s laps.
“By reason of her age, and being given drugs and alcohol which caused her to be in an impaired mental state without her knowledge, permission or consent, the plaintiff was incapable of consenting to the recording,” the document read.
“As an internationally known rap and hip hop artist and performer, defendant Hernandez uploaded [the videos] onto various social media accounts on the internet with the intention and expectation that millions of people would view the videos,” it added.
Jane Doe alleged that Anderson raped her about two or three months before the party and sexually abused her in the clips. She also claimed that Tekashi sexually abused her after he allegedly “touched and groped [her] buttocks in a sexually explicit and demeaning manner.”
As a result of the harrowing incident, the victims said that she was “severely injured and suffer severe emotional and psychological injuries.”
Both Tekashi and Anderson are being sued for child sexual abuse, child sexual assault and infliction of emotional distress, TMZ reported.
In 2018, Tekashi pled guilty to a felony count of use of a child in a sexual performance in 2015. He was sentenced to four years of probation and 1,000 hours of community service.
