Is Teresa Giudice Pregnant With Joe’s Baby? Divorce Rumors And More Addressed By Attorney
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice was released from federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, less than three months ago, after serving 11 months on a fraud conviction, and rumors that she is pregnant have begun to stir, thanks to last week’s cover of Life & Style magazine. The publication claims she is pregnant with a baby boy.
The pregnancy was supposedly planned. “[The Giudices] were trying to get pregnant before [Joe] went to prison,” the magazine reported. “Now she’s announced to close friends and family members that she’s expecting.”
“Teresa is convinced she’s pregnant with a boy and has tipped a few people off to the baby news. She considers this a miracle baby!” a source told Life & Style. “Teresa is happy for the distraction of being pregnant, even though she’s exhausted, bloated and having morning sickness already.”
The “RHONJ” star is getting the child’s room ready. “She’s already preparing a nursery in their house with a jungle motif,” the insider added.
While Life & Style seemed convinced Giudice, 43, is with child, Gossip Cop, a website that debunks celebrity rumors, said the story was false. “This ‘baby’ cover story is 100 percent ‘inaccurate,’ ” the publication wrote Wednesday.
Giudice’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., also slammed the claim. “Teresa is not pregnant. She and Joe have four beautiful daughters together — their family is more than complete. They are not looking to add to it,” he told E! Online Wednesday.
The lawyer also addressed rumors the Giudices were heading toward divorce. “While we are at it, Teresa and Joe are not getting a divorce. Not now, not in six months, not ever. That’s another sensational story that gets floated every few months to sell magazines or get hits on gossip websites,” Leonard said. “The truth is despite everything they have been through, their relationship is stronger than ever and they are still very much in love with one another.”
Joe Giudice is slated to begin his 41-month prison sentence for fraud Wednesday, March 23.
