Justin is a registered sex offender and has an active parole violation warrant. He left the area with the teenage girl on foot and was believed to be in Mesquite or Dallas area with the girl as of March 26.
In the release, police described Justin as "dangerous and wanted," while the girl is said to be "in extreme danger." Justin was convicted in 2009 on two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
